這次公開的《Atari 50：The Anniversary Celebration》，為官方為慶祝 Atari 創立 50 周年紀念而推出的紀念合輯遊戲。在本作中，預定將會收錄多達 90 款以上過去 Atari 經典遊戲登場，並將會收錄由過去 Atari 設計師與工程師等業界名人合計共 1 小時以上的訪談影像，讓玩家們在回味 Atari 經典遊戲的同時，也能對 Atari 創立以來的歷史秘辛能有更進一步的了解。
至於在本次預定收錄的 90 款以上遊戲方面，將會由過去曾開發眾多移植遊戲的 Digital Eclipse 負責進行移植開發，預定將會收錄包括過去在 Atari 2600／Atari 5200／Atari 7800／Lynx／Jaguar 等平台上推出的經典遊戲。且這些遊戲除了還原當初原始版本畫面表現操作外，還會透過現代化的 QoL 品質提升，讓玩家們能重新回味體驗這些 Atari 的經典遊戲魅力。
除此之外，在這次的收錄遊戲中，將會破天荒收錄多達 6 款以過去 Atari 經典遊戲為題材的新作遊戲登場，其中包括了《Swordquest》系列的最新兼最終作《Swordquest：AirWorld》、針對 Atari 2600 所推出的原創生存恐怖遊戲《Haunted Houses》、將《Asteroids》與《Tempest》等人氣遊戲玩法混搭的《VCTR-SCTR》、結合《Breakout》與《Pong》要素的對戰遊戲《Neo Breakout》、身為《Tank》系列新作的四人對戰遊戲《Quadratank》、經典人氣作《Yars' Revenge》的最新重製版《Yars' Revenge Reimagined》；而且上述遊戲都將會支援現代畫面與過去原始經典畫面的不同畫面切換，讓玩家可以自由選擇自己喜歡的畫面來體驗。
